Mistigram: I know, my #ANSIart #Medusa for @judebuffumpixels’ #Blocktober2018 daily pixelart challenge looks like hot garbage, but there’s a ton of art just like it hanging in museums of antiquity. Anywhere there is a collection of ancient Greek pottery you see ornamental motifs just like this all over. So if you can’t draw, one approach you can take is to attempt to accurately reproduce art made by someone else who also couldn’t draw, thousands of years ago.
