It was made by @blippypixel and originally included in the MIST0721 artpack collection released five years ago this month.

 Mistigram: five years ago @polyducks Tweeted this proof-of-concept game layout, using fixed-width emoji as sprites for an unmade game where a mouse seeks cheese and avoids hazards while seeking the exit from a maze.  This piece was included in the MIST0721 artpack collection.
