ADEPTAPRIL/JAN19

Mistigram: start melting some butter, AdeptApril has has just taught us through the Storm BBS daily #ANSIart calendar that today was National Popcorn Day!

BLNDR2023D/CT-WWIII

Mistigram: Cthulu mocked up this late #ASCIIart entry for the last Blender improvised computer art contest, to flesh out the pack due to low participation (due to low promotion.)  *NOTE: we are hosting another one this weekend!*  The three topics competitors needed to weave together were BORG / PARKOUR / and WWIII.  He ripped existing ASCII work (with credit) to collage this piece together, but the quick and dirty cocktail napkin sketch gets the idea across:  Borg 0, Alligator 1.

See you in #blender on the EFNet IRC!

M-9801/F3-UT1

Mistigram: this is the start of "Ugly Turds", Feral's allegedly final oldschool #ASCIIart colly, included in the M-9801 artpack collection released 26 years ago this month.

ADEPTAPRIL/JAN18

Mistigram: cue up some techno or a Motown record and crack open a Stroh's (or a Vernors if you prefer), today is the day to celebrate, as AdeptApril has in this #ANSIart screen for Storm BBS, the US state of Michigan. If you can, chase it with a bag of Better Made Chips or a Coney dog!

ADEPTAPRIL/JAN17

Mistigram: has your government imposed a policy of prohibition unjustly interfering with your responsible enjoyment of alcoholc beverages?  If so, then the holiday observed in Storm BBS's daily calendar today is for you: AdeptApril has drawn an #ANSIart screen celebrating National Bootlegger's Day with a wagon full of moonshine!

ADEPTAPRIL/JAN16

Mistigram: I know, today's entry from AdeptApril's Storm BBS holiday calendar seems like a cop-out ("National Nothing Day"? Really??) but it is on the level. Maybe you're doing too much and could benefit from a little nothing, too!

FOS-0197/PZ-0297-14

Mistigram: this rather abstract green newschool #ASCIIart logo for Savage Exile BBS was drawn by Plastic as part of our Mistigris World Tour stop with Fistful of Steel in the FOS-0197 artpack collection released 27 years ago this month.  (If you like it, he drew a dozen more that look exactly the same!)
