Conceptually this @picrotoxin piece began as an #ANSIart portrait of HP Lovecraft’s Great Old One Cthulhu, some elements of its (eldritch and non-euclidean) visage rearranged so as to emphasise feline elements - Cathulhu now - and finally winterized in turn via the addition of a charming Santa hat.
