Mistigram: Burps of Fuel discovered that regular thermal printers such as print your receipts are capable of printing high-ASCII characters at a limited screen width. Equipped with this knowledge, @pinguinokolb set up such a printer at her birthday party (many happy returns!) last night and we arranged to beam her such penguinical greetings as could be mined from the Mist Classic archives, featuring #ANSIart penguins drawn 20-odd long years ago by Happyfish, Inquisitor and Quip, with a logo by Tribe. (Sadly, we were unable to locate Cthulu’s love poem “Ode to a Penguin”, likely published in his school newspaper The Kitsilano Ideograph with the first Clark Ingledew story.) https://ift.tt/2KWtzPG
