Mistigram: this #ANSIart Mistigris promo, featuring #MST3K’s #TomServo, was drawn by your friend and mine @misfit_blocktronics, the tireless voice of the @sixteen_colors ANSI of the Day. It was first drawn… quite some time ago, maybe a year and a half? Then some wires were crossed, it wasn’t released on schedule, and by the time our grueling thematic death march allowed for its inclusion, the artist no longer felt it was a good demonstration of their current abilities. But eventually the planets came back into alignment and we got to enjoy the pleasure of sharing it with you all.
This one triggers specific period memories here, of the late-night Saturday sessions where the userbase of the North Vancouver BBS Virtual Delusions would meet up in @audreysh2718’s basement to watch that week’s terrible episode of #MysteryScienceTheater3000.
