Mistigram: Cthulu was watching Disney’s 1940 cartoon #Fantasia with his kids when this moment in #AmilcarePonchielli’s #DanceOfTheHours came up and he had a revelation that it was, in its cartoony-yet-sexually-charged way, a terrifying moment. So he plunged right into Moebius and banged out some #ANSIart outlines and fills… some time later, LDA happened by and gradually refined it into a viable illustration such as you see here.
