Mistigram: from the “outsider art” department, it’s a #hirez ad for Praxus’ #BBS The Neon Jesus, complete with a confusing “#surfing cyberspace” metaphor rarely applied to dialup BBSes. The art is by our longtime “VGA” department head Grim Reaper; he was later found to have a plagiarism problem (or as postmodern cyberpunks we could say that he was sampling outside sources overgenerously), but this one seems to have composited enough disparate elements to such middling effect we can probably conclude that it’s all his handiwork.
