You know this iconic image - it’s #RosieTheRiveter, WWII icon of women entering the workforce and taking on traditionally male jobs as part of the war effort to defeat international fascism! Sadly, the actual Rosie - Naomi Parker Fraley - died in January of this year, when the needs for someone with her unique skillset have been on the rise. We must be equal to the occasion - #WeCanDoIt! - and this time, once we’re done smashing fascism, there are a few more -isms (sexism, racism) we need to smash also before putting the power tools down.
