Mistigram: come to think of it, this morning’s post...

Mistigram: come to think of it, this morning’s post isn’t the first time a swastika has appeared in a Mistigris artpack. This (somewhat hyperbolic) excerpted announcement by Schtroumph of the local poetry (“lit”) group Cenobite ran in issue 13 of our Kithe electronic magazine circa July of 1997. (Their releases were part of “the underground digital art scene”, but conspicuously the collections of lit groups Cenobite, Reality, Revolt and Candelabra are nowhere to be found in the major artscene archives, whose galleries have been caught algorithmically redacting lits wherever they are found, erasing them from the record even today. Of course, we championed lit, but you sure don’t see us posting many of our thousands of historical poems over social media now, do you?) I wonder how many randos he had to hit up on IRC before Blazemore agreed to draw him an #ANSIart Nazi flag? https://ift.tt/2PaIl6C
