I wish I could credit this piece’s creation to an “incorporate these discordant assigned themes” art challenge or at least a Cronenbergian telepod mishap, but the truth is we may never truly know what inspired @illarterate to go full surrealism with this “#Turkey Phone” #teletext screen, winner of the pro artist category at last month’s #Bloktoberfest teletext conference at @wigansteam. He may not even be able to explain it himself! (No point in trying to explain the patently inexplicable, that’s what we have religion for.)
